When you choose our agency to help you sell your apartment, you have the choice between two types of contracts, obligatory in France.
• Contract of Exclusivity
One Contract, One Contact
Your trust in us to sell your property under an exclusive contract obliges us to do all in our power to accomplish the mission as rapidly as possible.
D.I.R.E. Immobilier becomes your sole contact. However, you will also benefit from the Inter Agency Service...
In addition, you will take advantage of a sales force of 200 agencies in and around Nice. We take care of all steps necessary for the sale of your property, from the presentation to the visits of your apartment, to the Letter of Promise until final closure.
For our foreign clientele, we also take care of After Sale Follow-up, such as subscriptions to EDF, Gaz, Veolia, and other administrative services.
Under an Exclusive Contract, DIRE Imm offers you all obligatory technical diagnoses. These diagnoses are provided at no extra charge provided that your property is sold only by DIRE Imm.
• Contract of Non-Exclusivity or "Simple Contract"
This contract is also drawn up for a period of minimum 3 months.
You reserve the right to sell you property by your own means with no compensation to our agency (except in the case of presentation to the same customer). You can also present your property to other agencies, and manage the various contracts and visits.
However, you will not benefit from our Inter-Agency service, nor the Diagnose offer.
